Our Policy Regarding Payment and Refund:

  1. When the tour/package tour is confirmed, 50% of the relevant amount will be transferred to the account specified below.
  2. In case of the tour/package tour is canceled up to 7 days before the relevant tour date, all amounts received without deduction from the prepayment amount will be refunded to our guests.
  3. The remaining 50% of the tour/package tour fee will be transferred to the account specified below 7 days before the tour/package tour date.

08.00 – 10.00 Picking up the Guests from Kayseri Airport
A breakfast stop can be added until the tour start time. Breakfast is included in the tour fee.
10.00 – 11.30 Visit to Kayseri Kanesh Karum Ancient City
Entrance is included in the tour fee.
11.30 – 13.00 Trip to the Historical Sites of Kayseri
Hunat Hatun Mosque and Social Complex, Archaeological Museum, Kayseri Castle. Entrance is included in the tour fee. This group may be cancelled depending on time availability.
13.00 – 15.30 1st Wine Tasting: Kayseri
During the wine tasting, you will be served 6 different wines and a cheese plate. The wine tasting is included in the tour fee. Lunch may not be included afterwards.
15.30 – 16.30 Drive to Ürgüp
16.30 – 17.30 Ürgüp City Tour (Wishhill Viewpoint and Underground House)
Entrance is included in the tour fee.
17.30 – 18.00 Accommodation to the Hotel at Ürgüp
18.00 Free Time and Dinner
Dinner is not included in the tour fee.

Day 1

09.30 – 11.30 The Underground City of Kaymaklı
Entrance is included in the tour fee.
11.30 – 13.30 The Monastery Valley of Güzelyurt / Gelveri
Entrance is included in the tour fee.
13.30 – 16.00 2nd Wine Tasting: Güzelyurt / Aksaray
During the wine tasting, 4–5 different wines and snacks will be served. Lunch may not be served after the wine tasting. Wine tasting is included in the tour fee.
16.00 – 17.15 Drive to Ürgüp
If time permits, Ihlara Valley Glass Terrace or Narlıgöl Crater Lake will also be visited.
17.00 – 17.30 Dropping the Guests to their Hotel

Lunch and 1 non-alcoholic beverage are included in the tour fee, and other beverages consumed during the meal will be paid separately by our guests.

The wine tasting will feature four different high-quality wines. Crackers will be served during the tasting. Wine tasting is included in the tour fee.
15.00 – 16.00 Lunch (Ürgüp)
Lunch is included in the tour fee, and beverages during the meal will be paid additionally by our guests.
16.00 – 18.00 The Viewpoint of Ortahisar Castle
During this time, Avanos City Center and/or Pottery Workshops can be visited.
18.00 – 19.00 Dropping the Guests to the Kayseri Airport
